I was just wondering if someone can answer this.
I was born in Czech Republic but my parents and I emigrated when I was nine years old. My dad is a citizen of the United States, and I was told that I could get my citizenship after him because he received it before my 14th birthday. I currently am a legal resident and would like to go live in Czech Republic, but don't want to lose my green card. What are the rules for people like me? Can I live in Czech Republic without losing my green card? If so, how?

I don’t really see anything special about your case. As a Czech citizen, you are free to go and live in the Czech Republic as you please, but you do have to comply with the US requirements to maintain your US green card. These would be the very same requirements that apply to any other foreigner with a permanent residency in the US. (See http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/PermRes.htm#respon )

If you are not married to a US citizen, and you get naturalized here, you’ll legally lose your Czech citizenship (whether or not the Czech authorities actually find out about it is a different story), and will require a visa to stay in the Czech Republic for a time period in excess of 90 days. However, the Czech alien law makes it easier for former citizens to apply for a permanent residence permit.
