ahoj vsem, cetl jsem ,ze se neco bude delat zacatkem tohoto roku s 11 milionem lidi co tu zijou a delaj nacerno. Nevite nekdo neco o tom jak to pokracuje?

Jo,zacatkem unora by se to melo projednavat v senatu,ale je vice navrhu,nekteri si preji aby se nelegalove vratili domu a ze sve zeme zadali.Mezitim koncem prosince snemovna schvalila navrh,ktery by udelal z nelegalniho pobytu federalni zlocin.O nelegalech kteri uz jsou v USA nepadla ani zminka. Navrh by jeste musel projit senatem a podepsan prezidentem.Takze doufejme ze koncem unora se ledy pohnou *S*P*A*M* smerem.

Jo jeste jsem si vzpomnel,ze ten nesmyslny navrh,ktery jiz prosel snemovnou by daleko vice postihoval lidi co zamestnavaji nelegaly.Vsichni zamestnavatele by si museli overit status svych zamestnancu.A byl by prisny i na legalni imigranty.Napr.kdyz by te chytli trikrat ze ridis opily,tak by te deportovali domu a zelena karta by ti nepomohla.

USCIS Warns of Potential for Immigration Fraud

Washington, D.C.– Although Congress has been
debating immigration legislation, all customers should be advised that currently no temporary worker program exists for aliens unlawfully present in the United States. Congress has not passed any legislation that would create a temporary worker program. Therefore, there are no benefits currently available because this program does not exist. Customers should not pay any fees or fines to any person or organization claiming they can help apply for or receive benefits for a temporary worker program. Be wary of persons or organizations that claim they can assist in applying for benefits that do not exist.
